Choir performances

On the evening of Monday 26th November, the choir sang at the Greenwich Schools Music Gala at Blackheath Halls performing Stevie Wonder’s ‘signed, sealed, delivered I’m yours’. It was such a pleasure to watch the children performing so brilliantly and being proud of their performance. It was also lovely to have staff and parents attending to support the children on the night.

On Friday 30th November the school choir performed at the Under 1 Roof Christmas Light Switch on event. The children were complemented on their performance on the night and sang with such enthusiasm. It was such a pleasure to receive the following message from Under 1 Roof following their performance.

‘Thank you, your lovely staff and children for a really wonderful performance yesterday. You ‘raised the roof’ and made us feel very festive!’.

On Monday 10th December the school choir sang Christmas songs in ASDA to entertain the customers and put everybody in the festive spirit. They also managed to raise money for the school which will go towards additional enrichment opportunities next year.

On Thursday 13th December the choir sang for the residents at the care home. It was such a pleasure to see the residents responding positively to the songs and watching the children and residents individually wishing each other a Merry Christmas following the performance.
