Dear Parents/Carers,

Primary Schools Application in Royal Borough of Greenwich

We are writing to inform you that the Royal Borough of Greenwich primary school applications portal is open so you can apply for a school place for the year starting September 2025.

Children born between 1st September 2020 and 31st August 2021 will start school in September 2025.This is not an automatic process so you will need to apply for a Reception place for your child with the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

If your child is due to start primary school in September 2024, you need to apply for a primary school place now.

The deadline for on time applications is 15 January 2025.

It is extremely important that all nursery age children who will be joining a Reception class in September 2024 complete this application form.
